strawberry rhubarb pie



just finished making this to bring to a friend’s dinner tonight, so i don’t know if it’s yummy! (although i have an inkling it will be, mhmmm!) i decided to get wild and use a cookie cutter to cut out little dough flowers to put on top rather than regular whole pie top.

update: don’t worry guys, it was really yummy.

pie crust: double of this recipe 

filling: adapted from smitten kitchen, except i used 1/4 cup corn starch instead of tapioca
