dough recipe:

2 cups AP flour, plus more for dusting/ texture as needed

1 cup whole wheat flour

1 packet yeast

1 teaspoon salt

1 1/2 cups warm water

mix dry ingredients together. add water. mix together, let sit for ~10 minutes. knead. let rise for a while until approx doubled. separate into 3 portions using a sharp knife. knead each portion individually. dust with flour. let rise about 30 minutes more. heat oven to 500+ degrees. stretch dough, cover in toppings, bake until crispy.
