garbage salad



  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil

Directions: Add all ingredients to a sealed jar (or plastic container- whatever you have on hand!) and shake vigorously.

Salad: Add veggies (tomatoes, lettuce, cauliflower, broccoli), cut chicken/ deli turkey/ other meat, chickpeas, fresh basil, and sprouts to a big bowl.  Pour dressing to taste over salad and mix well.

Note: Any leftovers taste great in here! Including roasted veggies, avocado, whatever cheese is on hand, etc
